What currency are the prices that I see in the site?
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) subject to change based on the large exchange rate fluctuations.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 business days for funds to reflect. Once funds have been received, we will get in touch to confirm and your order will be sent out asap. Average shipping times are between 2-4 days depending on stock availability.

What if there is an issue?

If the product is unused and in original packaging. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the amount of your original purchase minus all transaction fees relating to the original purchase subject to passing inspection. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

*Refund amounts may differ to the original amount paid as the amount will be subject to a handling fee pertaining to all transaction fees if payment was made via the website. 

Can I cancel/refund my order?
You are able to cancel your order prior to the order being sent (Local stock only) There will be a handling fee on cancellation pertaining to all transaction fees if payment was made via the website.
If your order is being brought in due to no local stock, your refund will be issued once received by Wattage Cycles and all fees pertaining to the importing process will be deducted (Freight forwarding fees, DHL airfreight fees, Local customs fees and taxes as well as all website transaction fees.)

Wattage Cycles is not responsible for any and all transaction fees associated with a refund meaning that your refund amount will differ from paid amount.

Any user specific items will not be refund ie: specific crank lengths including 172.5mm due to their lack of desirability, items that offer various colours and chain rings sets larger than 52/36t. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on stock availability. If available, expect delivery between 2-3 business days. If stock needs to be ordered in, 14 business days.

Delivery times are also subject to suppliers stock availability as well as customers clearance times. Refunds will not be issued due to shipment delays that are beyond our control.
