What currency are the prices that I see in the site?
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) subject to change based on the large exchange rate fluctuations.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 business days for funds to reflect. Once funds have been received, we will get in touch to confirm and your order will be sent out asap. Average shipping times are between 2-4 days depending on stock availability.

What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is unused and in original packaging. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase subject to passing inspection. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on stock availability. If available, expect delivery between 2-3 business days. If stock needs to be ordered, 7-10 business days.

Delivery times are also subject to suppliers stock availability.
